Why is the Brooklin's has no gear shift??? Will it be fixed with the next run?
The wheel center caps seem also to be offset.
Excellent video, which I enjoyed. Thanks for reminder about getting on Simon’s list for next production run.

A superb video look at all three of these 1/43 Packard Caribbeans, John. I would be delighted with any of these beauties from these manufacturers.
Excellent review John (lots of work, THANKS! ) but why weren't these 1:1 1954 Caribbean measurements listed:
- Wheelbase = 122"
- Total Length = 218.5"
- Total width = 77.8"
I'm unclear just how you arrived at your measurements in inches. Perhaps the answer is found in NEIKO calipers, which I do not own.
Using wb, for example, I would take 122" divided by 43 = 2.84" in 1/43 scale. Furthermore, using your numbers: 3099mm converts to 122" .... Where does 72.07" (your number ) come from?
I'm so confused... 🙄 😯 🙄
Thanks John for taking the time and effort to give us this look into the plusses and minuses of each model. I have had the MOC model in my collection for many years and have always given it high praise for its representation to the 1/1. I also have the Automodello and proud to have it in my collection. The Brooklin is on my waiting list and I hope to get it in the third color that is being offered,,,green/white. Regardless of the minor differences between the three models, all three will find a home with me and the pride of ownership.
Great review, it's nice to see all three models together. I've never seen a MOC Packard, but I am very pleased with the Automodello and Brooklin Packard in black. I am on the list for the blue/white, so I can't wait for it to arrive.
I wouldn't mind having a green/white version as well, but I don't want to be greedy. If anyone is going to redo in yet another color, I'd love to see a reverse of the red/white being done.

@chris, apparently I have devised a new system of weights and measures! 🙂
