Greg Gunn had a few Brooklins at the March 19-20 shows that were too good to pass up for the price. First, the 1935 Studebaker Commander roadster (BRK 093) which had been on my radar for quite a while, glad I had not pulled the trigger before.
I also got the BML 17 1937 Chrysler Imperial, another open top car, in an extraordinarily dark Brewster Green.
Both beautiful models. Congrats on your good buys. I love mine.

Yup. You have to look really hard to see the green in that Imperial. But, it's certainly there.

@jkuvakas And in sunlight, it is evident that BRK got the "poly" part of the color code correct - there is a very fine metallic, possibly scale-correct, component to the paint. As I have said before, Brooklin's best work is with the fat-fendered cars of the late 1930s -1940s when there weren't all the little chrome details to deal with.
