A little while back I posted an early prototype of a Franstyle 1925 Peugeot 177 Motorboat Car. Even at that stage, I had no doubt I'd be adding it to my collection.
Here's what it looked like then:
I was out on their website today and they've posted updated pics in both the top up and top down version. Notice how much better it looks! The wood and brass effects really pop now:
@randyrusk Hi, this is a great heads-up. I've never heard of this vehicle but it looks perfect for my collection. I've googled it and see it should be released at the end of March, but if you could give out their website address I'd be grateful, as I can only find a rather naff woman's clothing brand under http://www.franstyle.
John beat me to it. The Momaco website is well worth exploring. Lots of unusual models in low volumes from companies that often fly under the radar.
That is certainly bizarre, never heard of it but it is kind of cool.

I agree with John. It's fun late in the evening to open up the forum and see something this curious, yes, even bizarre. Thank you, Randy, for sharing your purchase. David
Yes, it's always a good idea to realize how photos, prototypes, lighting, etc, etc, can give an inaccurate idea of a model, many times to it's unfortunate detriment.

minicarweb.fr is my favourite on-line store in France. Very easy site to navigate (rare in France where inaccessibility is the name of the game), fast and efficient (rare again) and the best prices.
Thanks Randy. It's models like this that seem to attract the most attention when showing my collection.
