He admits that the '67 Riv needs a little more tweaking.

And BTW his mother recently passed away. I'm sure we all offer our condolences.

Yes Harv, there sure are a lot of models coming from Sergio per his webpage . I recently counted over 20 models that are in development, coming soon, etc. There appears to be a big backlog as some models were scheduled for release last April and May 2021 and are still in the pipe.I presume Sergio must be experiencing many frustrations with the supply chain problems worldwide as are many other sellers.

Things haven't been good in China lately because of Covid outbreaks. They are reporting millions of people in lockdown immediately following a couple of Covid outbreaks. The only Goldvarg model released recently that I am aware of is a 1962 Impala 2dr htp being offered by an seller in France. Not sure though, I have a feeling it is a pre-order.

So sorry to hear that Sergio's mother passed away. Sergio, if you are reading this post, please accept my sincere condolences.

@kenspear I've seen the '62 Checy, Riviera, and possibly the Falcon Monte Carlo being offered overseas. The photos I've seen on FB indicate they are in packaging and available. Let's hope Sergio can get back to shipping to US customers soon.

@kenspear  Hi Ken,

The issue with slower pace of new delivery of Goldvarg models during the second half of 2021 was not related to any global shipping issues that is affecting all the industries.

In my case, I've been 80% of the second half of 2021 in Argentina taking care of my mother's illness.

Unfortunately, she passed away last week, so I will be back in Miami soon. There is no other reason involved in that. Best regards,

Sergio

@goldvarg

I understand. I had similar experience several years ago. My condolences for your loss.

@goldvarg, we can wait, Sergio. Please take your time as you deal with the loss of your precious mother. The little cars will be there when you're ready and so will we.

My condolences as well.   Sometimes delayed gratification and future expectations have their upside.
