The previous aging sedan style from 1980 was replaced this year. The new rounded styling continued through 1996. It was the last "large" Cadillac

Nice model. I am not familiar with Vav Models. Is this a new company? Is the model made of resin?

Yes, they are resin. I think they are fairly recent. I bought these in early 2020. They issued this model in 1:43 & 1:18 scale. Prices vary and there are still quite a few listed on eBay, although much higher than I paid.
