Kenworth semi-trailer
Yes, I tracked it down to a French eBay site dedicated to Kenworth models.
Same eBay seller as in your link but this time the brand is indicated. A fairly new diecast release, I think, although the illustration makes it look more like a 60s plastic kit!

If my memory serves me correctly, Horseless Carriage was offering these 1/43 semis to their dealers and various folks who shipped their cars with them. Trot down to your nearest Ferrari dealer and there may be one sittin around.
