That V12 is amazing! I mean the lil' scale one!
"When photographed against my Hot Wheels Elite 1/18, you can barely tell the difference."
I'll say! In fact, I really thought there was some trickery involved here; I thought you were trying make August fools of us all! What a great 1/43 model!
..... but please, take the luggage off the fender. 🙄 🤨
Both look great with all that detail.

@ed-davis BTW Ed, I finally got a chance to preapprove your posts on the FB American Cars group.
@ed-davis Yeah, they asked me a few years ago to share approval duties, probably to speed up approvals this side of the pond. Same thing for the 1/43 British cars FB group.
I have that Kyosho Ferrari in yellow, which has always been an alternative Ferrari colour that I think some folks dislike but I think it looks fine.
Herpa also did some nice sports car models in plastic. Here is their Ferrari Testarossa (yellow again!) with nice shutlines and quite decent, if not exceptional, detail in the engine bay.
And here is their Ferrari F40
All outclassed, however, by a handsome little Ferrari GTO Evo done in 1:43 by Jouef Evolution. Terrific engine bay and other interior and exterior detail. The rear coil spring suspension actually works, by the way, but engineering that obviously exhausted them and the front end is "dead".
Oh, and while I had the camera set up I took a few pics of a little model I rediscovered while I was pulling out these other models. An Alfa Romeo Quattroruote Zagato done by Politoys M. Opening split bonnet/hood, opening doors, drop-down windscreen glass and posable steering which can even be operated with the steering wheel (if your fingers are small enough). It's a little gem, in a slightly rough sort of way.

@graeme-ogg I have that EVO also. For a 20+ year old model, it's quite amazing.
