John has been "having a go" at improving another Brooklin Model, this time the Kaiser Manhatten. A vast improvement on the original, which was just one colour and pre detailing. More words will be insufficient so I'll just leave you with the photos

JE Kaiser 4
JE Kaiser 2
JE Kaiser 1
JE Kaiser 5
JE Kaiser 3

It's a masterfully refinished model. But did you notice that the master for this model was incredibly accurate when it was first used? John Ellis had an excellent starting point and managed to elevate it even further!

Does it now represent a Kaiser Dragon model?

That Kaiser is simply delicious.  The more I look at it the more I am stunned by the incredible detail. Yes, as John Kuvakas points out, John Ellis had a good model to start out, but he took it to a new level. The color, the chrome detail, the vinyl top and the skillfully crafted Continental kit out back and the Kelsey Hayes wheels make for an outstanding Kaiser.

Here is the actual car.
