Another oddball Cadillac
I just received this and assume it is an ELC creation, based off the old Rextoys V16 Cadillac. Looks like the body and solid chassis are all resin and maybe it uses a front and rear section to get the bumpers and axles. It has not been through new car prep yet so it isn't exactly spiffy. Any other identification assistance would be appreciated.
Obviously the hood ornament is missing and the grille needs some work to integrate it into the rest of the front chrome. Since a V16 was never used as a professional car chassis, I guess I will be on my own there.

I like it! And I agree that it looks like Enchantment Land Coachbuilders. Jerry often uses Rextoys, and this one has several parts. On this Rextoys Cadillac version, the upper body is a single piece, leaving the hood, fenders and grill areas united, it seems, only by the running boards.

Another way to check is the somewhat unusual tires used by Rextoys, with the whitewalls being a separate hard plastic that can be a little mean to work the black rubber tires onto.
Rextoys' fit and finish were not up to Minimarque standards, but neither was the price! I miss these Rextoys and wish they could have continued.
I like your ambulance. A few of Jerry Rettig's models have made it to my shelves and I treasure them. Good find!
Oh ! very nice !
