Anyone conduct business with McLaren Models in the U.K.?

My experience with them: I purchased a 1953 Goldvarg Country Squire and a 1939 GLM Packard. After around 10 days I received at home only the Ford. I asked them about and they answered that their Packard was damaged and asked for another one to GLM models. I told them that I would prefer to say me that before sending one model. I received the Packard 2 weeks later. They seem to have a good stock but after my experience and Brexit, I think I'm not purchasing with them.

I have just bought one item from McLaren Models (an expensive one) and the transaction went smoothly.

The delicate model was extremely well packed and arrived within a few days.
