Back to the RV/MH Hall of Fame

A big thanks to Karl Schnelle who took off work on Friday and met up with me at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart to set up the fourth case of metal and resin models of campers, RVs and motorhomes.

It was great having an extra set of eyes on everything as we worked to make logical sense of all the different brands and scales.

The best part of this hobby is all the people you get to connect with in life. Can't wait to see you all in a few more weeks at the show.

Awesome display! Would love to have been there. Only a 34 hr drive one way. Is that

A Schuco motorhome you are placing?

Karl's steady hand

Yes, that's Karl carefully placing this resin piece on the shelf. Autocult did one as well, in yellow, which is in another of the cases.

Fabulous display. Do you have the Corvair powered Ultravan?

Hatchette makes this one but they have confused Corvette with Corvair in their labeling of the model. Very unique motor home based on a Corvair with rear engine power.

Randy you are the reason why I now have a few dozen campers and motorhomes. in my collection.

I was blown away with what you had posted over a period of time and just had to explore them further.

Good one Karl!

Hope other collections find suitable display cases so their collections tell a story to the generations to come.
