BANG Models in my collection.

Bang Models was an Italian model manufacturing company, founded in 1990 by Carlo Tamburini, initially specializing in 1/43 Ferrari, then quickly expanded to other marques. It picked up where Box Models left off with some of their molds. They ceased operations in 2005. MERCEDES 300 SL COUPES LE MANS 1952, #21 Won, #20 came second. It would be Mercedes' one and only Le Mans victory until it finally won again in 1989.

I went back and did some research on these BANG Maseratis. Go to eBay and type in "1/43 Bang Maserati" and they'll pop up.

They're offered for sale by SpeedAficianado.

Examples: a '57 450S raced by Shelby at Riverside goes for $119.20; another '57 450S raced by Behra/Fangio @ Sebring goes for $103.20; an A6GCS from the 1955 Mille Miglia clocks in at $103.20.

The seller says they are Limited Editions. Are they limited editions because of the specificity of the race, car number, driver, etc.? Other makers always do this: Box, Best, Art, Top, Vitesse and currently Brumm always does this.

Just some thoughts.
