BRK Chrysler

Pics now up on the Brooklin diary of the 1938 Chrysler Imperial Business Coupe. Looks good in the formal gray.

It sure does, Alan, and I'm glad they went with the whitewalls on the model. I think Brooklin just knocks these '30s and '40s cars out of the park.

The Cadillac in two-tone metallic green looks nice also.

Beat me again Ed.

I've been playing model railways this afternoon so I've only just seen them. Caddy looks tasty, but I think the Chrysler could have benefited from a different colour. Still, it might look better in the flesh.

Thank you, Ed and very often Mike, for these BRK pictures. For several years I have enjoyed the Brooklin site, especially the weekly photos. But a few months ago, after a local computer expert (?) cleaned up the compounded programs on my computer, a pesky thing called OpenDNS has blocked BRK because of its sex-filled content. Now maybe I've been missing something, but ???? I have tried everything I know (which is very little) to get rid of this Open... thing, but it seems embedded.

Sorry for the tale of computer woe, but I just wanted to thank Ed, Mike, and others who have kept me up to date on the upcoming BRK models. I appreciate it!

Further on business coupes

This is a body style that has always fascinated me although I can hardly imagine some salesman loading his Hoovers or Fuller brushes into the back of a Chrysler Imperial. I suspect they were also popular as a stylish closed two seat alternative to a roadster.

Yep, another great one from Brooklin...

The Corvair is coming along nicely as well!
