This 1953 Oldsmobile Fiesta, Brooklin #39, still looks good in my display area, IMO.  GM built 458 of these for 1953 production, and used the same cut-down doors and rakish windshield in their similar Buick Skylark and Cadillac Eldorado.  These 1953 GM specials were promises of all new bodies in the near future for those makes.  Brooklin eventually produced this fine model with variations, a red and white top-up convertible and an orange and white with a trailer & boat attached.  I confess to allowing a pair of the little people to occupy the front seat of mine.  For those who like the "over-the-top" 1950's styling, this older BRK Olds is hard to beat!

The copious amounts of chrome makes a huge difference.  Very nice!

Yes, I love mine.

And the 1:1 white with orange Fiesta lives (or lived) near me and I've seen it a few times. Just beautiful.
