Much better.  I love the wagon!

Anyone know if this little beauty is (or will be) available from a U.S, seller? Thanks

Is it just my eyes? Sedan looks like a Neo banana to me.

@graeme-ogg It's a banana compared to the wagon and enough to put me off it, that's for sure.

@graeme-ogg.I was thinking the same thing. If you hold a straight edge against the picture of the real car, starting at the top of the rear fin, you will see that the straight edge continues along the top of the door where the windows begin and continues along the top of the fender ending where the side chrome trim begins. However, if you do the same with the model, the straight edge has an upward slant and ends higher than the point where the side chrome begins. This is giving it a banana shape. In all fairness, I am holding back judgement. Hopefully, the picture of the model is not telling us the truth and the real model is more accurate to the real car. It will be interesting if someone upon receipt of the model gives us clarification. This is a model that I am hoping to get. Further note; the straight edge test done on the Goldvarg station wagon is perfect to the real car. The photo of the Goldvarg model was take directly at street level while the photo of the Kess car is from a slightly higher perspective. This could cause the distortion described. Time will tell.

I had decided to pass on this one mainly because I have quite a few ‘59 Buicks in white metal already, including a flat-top hardtop.

Looking at the photo, a good decision.

I like it enough to want to buy it so I'll ask again if anyone is aware of its availability from a U.S.-based source?

@moe-parr:Replicarz is the only supplier in the US that I am aware of that carries the Kess line. They have the '59 Buick on their website as a future release

@kenspear I've acquired several Kess models through the years from Burbank House of Hobbies.

Looks SO much better with whitewalls.  But I see that banana shape.

Sergio is doing the wagon and that will hopefully lead to a coupe and or sedan and convertible.

Another picture of the Kess 1959 Buick. Appears to look much better that the previous pictures. The problem (as stated in my post above) is not as pronounced.
