Rick, where do I send your check? Thanks, I just Googled my name in the images tab and covers of all 4 books came up (fortunately no photos of me!). Apparently a couple are in iTunes, not that I will ever see any royalties from them at this stage. New copies of the Chrysler and Independents books are only available from the publishers but there are still GM and Ford books all over the Net.
Even at this point, 8-10 years since the Ford and GM books came out, I am surprised how current they still are. There weren't many 1:43 models issued between 2006 and the last few years when Asian manufacturers got into the act so these books still cover the majority of 1:43 models out there. Of course with new releases of models this becomes less and less the case.
On itunes eh Randy? Just thinking...'Ford in Miniature - The Musical'
I'd go and see it for sure!!
Tx John. In the meantime readers will just have to hum while looking at it...
Well, I would rather see "Independents in Miniature" by Andrew Lloyd Webber...

Randy, is that you by that black and pink Chrysler wagon and the white Chrysler on the google images page?
And who is the publisher of the Chrysler and Independent books? I would like to get one or both to go with my Ford and GM ones. Publisher name and contact info would be appreciated! Thanks?.
'fraid so. Here's info about the "in Miniature" books....
Ford in Miniature 2006 Veloce Publishing
GM in Miniature 2008 Veloce Publishing
Veloce has a website where these books may still be ordered. Also Amazon, and other book stores, even eBay may have some.
Chrysler in Miniature 2009 - only source is direct from Lulu Publishing (on the internet).
Independents in Miniature 2012 - only source is Blurb Books (on the internet).
I have only kept my originals so people have to go on the internet to obtain the book(s). Hope you like them.
Thanks, Randy. Really, guys, if you don't have these books, you need to look into them. Great sources of info about our models, and terrific photos as well.
I heartily agree Rick. They are classics in their own right
Rick and John are right on with their comments. If there is is such a thing as a bible of white metal models, these four books are it. Hopefully some day, Randy will do an addendum update to each. No small feat I'm sure but we can only hope.
Alex, regarding those 2 Motor City models, try contacting Greg Gunn or Dale Dannefer.
