Can anyone identify the bright blue woody from the Brooklin Diaries of August 17?
I think it is BML 25, the 1948 Ford Station Wagon. Interesting!
BML 25 is the 1942 Oldsmobile Series 68 Wagon.

According to the catalog, BML 23 is the '48 Ford woody, and it'll be gray instead of blue.
The blue woody shown in the Diary is the '42 Olds B44 woody, BML 25. The giveaway is the narrow wood trim piece on the front doors and the long front fenders. Sure looks great in that bright blue!
Thanks, Rick. Sorry for my error.

Is it a different blue than the first release for the Olds wagon?
I wonder with whitewalls what the model would looks like even if it is correct with the black tyres. For example, i find that the Cadillac limousine is more attractive with the white tyres. In fact just a question of taste, i don,t like black tyres on a darker models. I'm waiting since a long time for the BML 23 Ford woody in North America. Until now she looks only available in Europe and this for a long time? I don't understand why there is no distributor who seems to haven't it yet on our side?
No need for "sorry," David! Just trying to clarify. Do you have the new catalog?
Sure looks like a different blue, doesn't it? And I would LOVE it with whitewalls.
I think it's the camera flash Joe. Martyn zips round on a Friday...
to take these photos ready for the diary. In addition, blue is notorious for looking a different shade in photos as others have noted. Hope this helps
