Can anyone identify this model?
This is a factory prototype (Spark?) given away at the Nuremberg Toy Fair a few years ago. There is a just a plain base, and it could happen that the model was never produced. Thank you!!!!

Thank you! The question remains - who built it?
I don't want to remove it from its base, but I am pretty sure there is nothing on it. No such model comes up on the web. It's resin, all I know.
