For me it’s a difficult choice, but the 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air HT is certainly in my top 10.
What is your best NEO model? They were really responsible for me being a real collector of 43rd scale cars.

For me, the one that got me started on Neo models was the 1960 Dodge Polara (pics from the ‘net)

With over 200 Neos in my collection picking a favorite is very difficult but the 58 Rambler is very close to the top for me.

I only have 10 Neo's and would like 4 or 5 others that I missed in the past. Here is one of my fav's: an Alfa 1900CSS by Touring.

I have just one Neo model it is the 1952 Chevrolet but the Neo 1948 Aeroflite Falcon travel trailer in Red or Turquoise looks very good.

I have quite a few NEO models in my collection, and I have several that I like a lot. With that, this one is my favorite.

I only started 3-4 years ago but the one that lit the fuse for me was Neo's 1959 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer. I had been buying "cheapies" for the first few months but when I saw the detail on this model I was all in.

Oh, a Reliant Scimitar! Pricess Anne had one of these, you know?
Can‘t post pictures right now, but their 1985 Imperial and the 1950 Rocket 88 Olds are among my favorites, along with the 1974 Ford Mustang II.
