A while back our son and daughter-in-law rented a Citroen C3-XR while in France. Upon their return he told me it was a great little car and fun to drive. Citroen has not marketed cars in the U. S. for decades. Son David found and gave me this nice 1:43 C3-XR.

I don't know if Citroen is now mainstream or if Japanese cars are the mainstream that Citroen has entered, but this C3-XR looks like the sort of car that is dominating the American market. But to my old mind, this 1/43 Heller kit that keeps calling me is what the term "Citroen" means. I guess I'm hopelessly lost in yesterday.
