Bob, the easiest way:
1) Click on these pics, one at a time.
2) "Right click" on each pic, then click "Save image as."
3) Chose which computer folder to store each pic AND give it a name. EX: Madison Models Index page 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc..
4) Once stored, you can then simply print each page.
Bob, the easiest way IF you really don't want to do anything:
1) Take your smart phone to a FED EX, Office Max, or ANY store that can print photos from your phone.
2) They'll insert a mini-USB connection, download & print your pics (these 5 pages ) in the store, while you wait, for a nominal cost.

Would ve nice to learn also, what models inttoduced Conquest/ Madison between 1997 and 2002 until closing.
