Well, that was a mouthful. The unusual pale blue and light green colors reflect a real vehicle, chassis 99.784. This was one of the 6-cylinder CS models of the X73 panoramic series body style - note the small windows either side of the windshield (I have no idea what Vulka means). The actual 1:1 belonged to singer and actress Jeanne Bourgeois, better known as Mistinguett, which may explain the flamboyant colors.

Great looking car. This version is new to me . Vulka, I think means wolf. False Wolf in this case.
