Duplicates?  Sometimes too many of the same models simply are not enough:

One on display at home, one on display at the office, one in the box.

I think David Knight's on to something. I mean, if you are going for realism, why wouldn't you have more that one duplicate school bus, more that one dairy truck,more than one Cadillac (limo?).When was the last time you saw a dairy with only one truck? Same goes for taxis, police cars, etc. etc.

or remember the flood in New Jersey that destroyed the last batch of new Crown Vic taxis waiting for delivery? 

Well, same thing happened to some in my fleet. But I salvaged mine in time.
