I just got this little book (Bernard Veale, 2021) from hobbyDB marketplace.  It has a nice intro/history up to 1985, but all the photos seem to be taken from their website.  So a bit disappointing, as we had permission to copy them to hobbyDB and they are all there as well.  I would be happy to share any details with anyone, if you have specific questions.

It seems like a very interesting history and there certainly are many great miniature reproductions here. The photos are a good documentation of their line up.
