John Kuvakas posted a review a while back on the EMC Bugatti 35B in road car trim, with lights, fenders, etc. This second model is of Chassis 4938 in race trim. A real beauty as always, but I can almost never pry those brads out of the base to get a clear shot. The 1:1 sold at Pebble Beach in 2021 for $5.6M.
A third 35B has been released, and I just ordered one. This will be the yellow 1928 Targa Florio car that finished 5th overall after leading the race. It was driven by Eliska Junkova (Junek), the Queen of the Steering Wheel. More on her when I receive the model.
Such excellent detailing on so small a scale model! Can't wait to see your yellow version - hope you spent less than $5.6 Mil on it!!
I have a 1/18 scale of this car by CMC.
Great pics, Harv. I use needle nose pliers to carefully pull those brads out. It's easy to split the cover, though.

Here's that video again. It's an incredible model. Harv's pictures do it justice.

@david-green LOL. The YesterYear was quite well done. I had one as a kid and now have the red and blue versions in my collection.

Harv,
That little Bug is just about my favorite car and I have several. In fact was just asked by a collector friend on Friday, if I could own any classic car which would it be? So many fascinating and beautiful choices yet I mentioned the Type 51, (a grown up T35). Anyway, here are some pics of one of mine. An MCM build which I hope you will enjoy seeing. There is no comparison, love those eMc's.
Father Bugatti with two of his creations which I've posted before. The T35 has probably won more races than any other racing car, with over 2000 victories. And what can one say about that giant Heco Bugatti Royale?
Models = Miracles in miniature = Holding History in ones hand
Cheers and Happy Collecting,

looks incredible in that video John, thanks. Nice layout in the background there too, car engine mix, 'old style garage timber walls'
I have FMs 1/24 version, one of their absolute finest.
Very nice display Steve!
