I bought the '55 Studebaker, a model I've long admired, at a very good price from BM Outlet. Unfortunately it arrived missing the passenger-side taillight:
I sent an e-mail and promptly received a reply directly from Simon, who promised to send a replacement part. It arrived today (actually, 2 of them) and after a super easy installation, my Studebaker now looks like this:

It is a first-class company and such fantastic service seems a regular and typical way of theirs. A fine Brooklin 1/43 there and a great looking Studebaker !

Barry, nice to hear that you received such great service. My contact with Simon is somewhat limited but each time I have had contact with him it has been excellent.

@mikedetorrice That '55 Studebaker is a fine model and I find the color combo really suits it. My limited experience with Simon's quality service and communication is similar to yours Barry.
