Typically these are LEs of 333 each. First up is the 1929 Packard Sixth Series Thompson Special 'Glasscock Speedster'. Check out the Woodlites! AutoCult describes it here: https://www.autocult-models.de/models/autocult-02032/
AC modelled the 1938 Citroen 11 Gazogene, and virtually copied the example in the Lane Museum - compare the registration numbers. Lane describes the 1:1, including its coal-to-methane conversion system, here: https://www.lanemotormuseum.org/collection/cars/item/citroen-berline-11-gazogene-1938/
How about a Firebird with a Ferrari Daytona's V12 and Borrani wire wheels? Jerry Palmer and Bill Mitchell put this hot rod together using a 1970 Firebird chassis. So glad the 1:1 escaped destruction like so many other concepts. Details here: https://www.motorbiscuit.com/1-of-1-pontiac-pegasus-firebird-ferrari-daytona-v12/
Finally, here is the 1958 Plymouth Cabana concept wagon. Some good details and period photos here: https://www.macsmotorcitygarage.com/station-wagon-dreams-the-1958-plymouth-cabana/
I will see Jeff Lane (the museum guy, not the Second City Motors guy) in October. I plan to quiz him about other curated cars that have been modelled(besides the McQuay-Norris streamliner, Hewson Rocket, and Sir Vival) to see if I missed any or what he knows could be coming down the pike in 1:43. Karl, Skip, and I will gang up on him!
I have the Plymouth Cabana. Love it. I also have the Mercury D528 experimental car. Another beauty. These are my first two Autocult models. I'm very impressed with them.
Too bad the Firebird Pegasus didn't see production; it's a very good looking car.
@whodeytink Mark, I really like the Plymouth Cabana wagon. I may have to get one.
Needless to say, Autocult (and in smaller part Matrix) does it....
Both bring out the new and fresh models, not some Been There Done That stuff....
