I picked this model up when I attended a Chicago model show in 2023. I got it for a good price, but it was a little rough and had a large amount of glue marks on the paint. I cleaned up what I could without taking it apart (which is probably what's required to really make it shine) What I couldn't remove was touched up in these photos (don't hate me too much for that small cheater move) It definitely needs a bit more love and attention - soon I hope.
1952 Lincoln Capri Convertible in Lakewood Green w/a black top - Precision Miniatures
Now earlier this year I came across another '52 Lincoln model - which is beyond exceptional, unfortunately I haven't taken photos yet. This one was crafted by Fred Lewis (and I bought it from him) At the time he did the model, he wasn't able to secure one of the hard-to-find '52s that were issued by Precision Miniatures, so he made his own. And a looker it is. The model is in Coventry Green and is an open version - I hope to take photos soon. This model joins a decent list of "holy grail" models I've acquired recently. I can't wait to get some photos and share them with everyone.

- Love to see THAT one!
- Your green '52 'vert is nice but those red wheelcover centers are way too dark. 🤨
