From My Collection... 1957 DeSoto

When John Bono posts his Which Year 1:1 car comparisons/vote on the Lounge each day, I sometimes like to look at the models in my collection that compare to his choices. 

For today's look, I checked my models for a "57 DeSoto, I was surprised to see that I have 9 of them. 

Here's a few photos of a couple.

1957 DeSoto Fireflite Convertible in Sahara Sand & Dusty Orange, WMCE

and in the same colors, a Fireflite Sportsman Hardtop

Not sure why I these two in the same colors, but they work and it's a great combination. and I had to have those wire wheels on the hardtop.

This is a far older release from Western Models, a Firesweep 4dr Sedan w/single headlights in Fiesta Red & Black

the last '57 I added to my collection was this Fireflite Convertible, issued in 2024. It is in Azure Blue & White w/a Light blue top.
