Yes, excellent review of another truly beautiful model. These Imperials add another wonderful year to the ones already available. The Imperial models from GLM and the exclusives from Tom Dirnberger are the most exquisite models in my collection. Each year offered opens the door to a model that speaks to everything these 1:1 stood for when they were introduced all those years ago. With the addition of the 1957 model and all those fantastic colors and headlight choices, they add a new dimension to this model series. One I am completely thrilled to have each and every one in my collection.

Thanks John.

A great look at all these GLM 1/43 replicas of this beautiful '57 Imperal automobile, John ! They look remarkable on the turntable and the finish and details are wonderful on each model.

They all look great. I cannot pick a favorite. I liked the close-up picture of the dashboard. I wish more manufacturers would send you completed interior sub-assemblies for you to photograph. Models today often have very detailed interiors. However, if the model is a hardtop, it may be difficult to see the interior details.

@ed-davis, you're right. Getting some of those interior shots on hardtops can be a challenge. It's particularly difficult on sedans with the windows up. If the interior on a hardtop or sedan is black, it's nearly impossible.

For me, the interior is a key component. I really appreciate a well-detailed dash and an accurately crafted steering wheel.
