This model joined my collection in early 2013. As with the Packard, another favorite of mine. Unlike the Packard, this is the only one I got despite the model being issued in multiple colors.
1960 Dodge Polara Hardtop Coupe, NEO-44096
John Merritt
South Lyon, Michigan - USA
It is a beautiful automobile and replica of it. NEO did a fine job with this one and it looks very good as a white 2-door coupe. I think it would be a standout in nearly any color and the chore would be choosing just one.
...always a sore spot with me. 😑 ☹
I don't have many 1:1 car regrets, but the few I do have include a 1960 Dodge Phoenix convertible. The white one you see should've been mine. I was set to do the deal, when another car came up, and well..... 😫 😫 😫 This factory six-cylinder Phoenix 'vert ended up going to auction.
- About every 4 months or so, I slap myself in the face!
It's a nice Polara model John, congrats! ...but just one? Now that's RARE! 😀 😀 😀
I've always liked this year Dodge. IMO, it's more stylish than the Chevys and Fords for '60. I hardly ever see any at car shows. Thanks for the pics John.

Love the model John and one I missed. I do have a red Conquest Polara.
I don't recall the white version - it's beautiful. I do have the green one though.
