I commented on a post that was on the Facebook Brooklin NABCC page. The original post was from Brooklin showing the available 1940 Buick Wood-Bodied Wagon. I had discovered sometime last year that there was a color difference between the original BRK range release and the later BML Range. The 1st issue was redder than the later BML release, which is definitely more maroon in color. Looking at the Buick color charts for 1940, the BML range color is closer to what is shown. However, the BRK range model is closer to the one shown in the 1941 color charts. Either way, right or wrong, they are both unique in their appearance and the color difference was enough for me to add both of them. Fortunately, this past January, I was able to finally find the BRK range version in Lassen Green. So now, I have three of these little beauties. Here's the two in the different shades of red.

Thanks John for the comparison. I have the BML version in the darker red and the green. Wonderful model no matter what color IMO.
hobbyDB shows all three variants, 1940 Buick Especial Estate Wagon M-59, 1/43 by Brooklin, BRK191. That green one is a stunner. Click here.

Are the color changes for old models or new are over?
Wow, John, they both look great! If you made me choose, it would be the darker maroon one.
