A look at one of GLM & Tom Dirnberger's finest models. Issued two years ago now, I jumped at the opportunity to add several of these to my collection. I have always been fascinated by the 1954 Chrysler New Yorker and this wonderful convertible doesn't disappoint. At the time this was issued, the collector had no idea the New Yorker model range would soon include station wagons and Hardtop Coupes as well as two concepts cars. I am not ashamed to say that my collection consists of a whole bunch of these gems and in every color available. Believe or not, I am still hoping for a New Yorker Sedan or an Imperial Sedan to complete the collection.

My favorite of the convertibles in my collection...

A terrific replica of this beautiful Chrysler convertible ! It looks really good in this torch red, too.

I found the styling appealing on both Chrysler and DeSoto in 1954. This model represents the Chrysler New Yorker very well. Thanks John.

Lovely convertible model.   I have only the '54 hardtop and Town & Country but can go a few years earlier to get more variations.
