OK, just having a bit of fun with these four models.

The 1954 Caribbean is the rarest of the four years built, with only 400 being produced. I've only had an opportunity to see two of them in person. The '54 is my favorite of the model years, but the '54 Packard as a whole is my favorite of all the 50s Packard's.

I've wanted a model of a '54 for some time, and Motor City USA version was out of my reach, so I was thrilled when it was announced as a Brooklin model in 2022. Trials and tribulations followed, and the model's completion seemed doubtful. Long story short, a 1954 Packard Caribbean was finally issued with the Automodello versions being issued in late 2023 and the Brooklin followed shortly in early 2024. Here now, March of 2025, and I have four of these fabulous models by Brooklin and two others by Automodello.

The Brooklin versions are by far, my favorite models. To me, these are truly "works of art".

So, for the fun, I just took a few quick shots of the four models together.

Nice set. After your photo session do you re-attach the models back to their bases or do you leave them as in the pictures? For my Brooklin models with bases, I leave most on their bases except for photo sessions. Then I re-attach.

@ed-davis

Most of my models are in their cabinets or cases without the bases. I don't reattach them. I do display some of the NB Center models in their clear cases. They are inside the case on the base but not attached.

What sensational-looking cars and models ! A great automobile from Packard and really terrific replicas here. Right now, I have a couple of 1953 Packard Caribbeans in 1/18 scale from Yat Ming and they are favorites.

@jcarnutz Interesting.......I am sure you also have all the Automodello.

You should post pictures of your entire collection in all scales. You certainly have the biggest collection in all color among members here.

Great pics John, but I noticed there's something missing or broken on each model...   Did you get discounts on these, or are you fixing them?    🤔 🤔

Very nice collection of Packard John. Love all the colours. Chris’s post above must have everyone searching your pictures intently.
