Can someone advise whether or not the canoe and roof rack on this model is detachable without leaving a mark/indentation/mounting point on the roof?

Here's a close-up. I'll be doing a video early next week.

My guess is that the roof rack removal would leave at least a mark and probably would review locating holes on the roof. I would love to remove the rack and visor on one if I thought I could get away with it. I have one with the canoe but would love another one without these items.

Gents, there are indentations in the roof that hold the rack on securely. Click on the pics up to see them blown up.

While I certainly appreciate why some may want to remove the canoe and the oars, IMHO it's an awesome model WITH these accessories! I have the Miami Cream model and I'm itching to sometime do a diorama with some tall pines, a lake and some campers....it would be a terrific scene. Sergio did a terrific job with this model.

Me too Bob.  I prefer the cream color by far though, but am happy with the shade of green Sergio went with.
