I have the 2 tone blue version. I was looking at it about a month ago and noticed the front windscreen trim had blown off taking the wipers with it. Then I noticed the rear windscreen trim had popped 75% off. And, the wheel well trim and both trim pieces above the side windows.
I'm at a loss as to what to do as this work has gone well beyond my ability due to dexterity issues. So, it sits on my desk till I can decide what to do with it.
I love the model, and all my Goldvargs, so I'm not bashing here. Just thought I'd let others know that there must have been some of these that didn't have strong enough glue. For what it's worth.
If you have the loose parts, not too hard to reattach them. Have been using clear nail polish applied with a small brush, then weight the part against the body until dry. May have to be done in sections at time. Pre-bend curved windscreen/back window frames a bit.

Thanks, John and Christopher. I actually did use the canopy glue to fix a Neo model that had similar problems. I pretty much made mess of it. Can it be watered down a bit?
My problem is really the dexterity to do it. My fingers are twisted so bad by arthritis that it's nearly impossible for me to do things like this anymore.
Dear Mark,
I hope everything is well. Is strange that you did not tell me about this issue directly as I would replace the model immediately. Specially when we had been communicating so fluently in the past five years. Please send me an email and a photo of the issue and I will solve it immediately.
Best regards,
Sergio
Hi Sergio,
First, I didn't want to bother you with it and second I thought this model had sold out.
This wasn't meant as a slight to you or your excellent models. I guess it was more of a frustration with resin models with PE parts coming undone. I've had models from Kess, NEO, and Esval have similar issues. If it wa easier for me to fix the models it would be no big deal.
I'll send you some pics tomorrow.
Thanks
Can it be watered down a bit?
Mark, it looks like Sergio will solve your problem, but for future reference, Canopy glue should never be watered down. "Water clean-up" is no problem, however.
So glad to hear from Sergio that he wants to take care of the issue ! 👍
