This is my second Brooklin in Illinois post with a Halloween theme. It features the 1964 Corvette Convertible in gold with a red interior. I purchased this model at the recent Collectors Classic Toy Show in Countryside, Illinois. According to the January - December 2016 Brooklin Models Reference Catalog, it was available from 1996 - 1999. For a model over 25 years old, it still looks good. The background photo shows a house in Barrington decorated for Halloween. The gold color of the skeletons nicely matches the gold trim on the house.

The 'finned aluminum wheels' really makes that car. That car really makes that grand picture richer!
