Amazing that as we get up in years that times just fly by...really...25yrs ago ?
It is an awesome model !

I agree, and as we get older, the years seem to go by faster. That is a great model. I remember when it was new, the 1:1 version!.

Excellent model and still a favorite in my collection. Nice recognition David.
A great model then... a great model now, 25 years later! I paid about $15.00 for one (new) on eBay 16 years ago... I think it's appreciated more in value than the 1:1 😏 😏 😏
I agree that it's a great model...I still have mine, bought new from FM when it first came out. As to whether it has ever been surpassed, it might have been topped by the equally great '69 Pontiac GTO Judge. I am amazed at the detail every time I look at mine. Regardless of which one is best, these two are the best 1/43rds ever done by FM, in my opinion. Third place? The '57 Plymouth Fury hardtop, another great FM model.
I agree on the GTO, Rick. They're even harder to find.

Rick the Judge is an outstanding model with excellent proportions. I give the nod to the Skyliner because of its moving parts.
@bob-jackman---Impossible to disagree, Bob. Amazing engineering for a model in 1/43! Both are exquisite models, I think.
