This bright and cheerful little beauty joined my growing collection of Brooklins yesterday. Love it!
I am happily adding the older Brooklins, as they are readily available at great prices, and seem to age really well!

Over the years I did a few interesting things with these '54 Dodges and enhanced the stock convertible with some bare metal foil which greatly improves these early Brooklins. I am now hoping to find a few Brooklin 1959 Studebaker Larks (inexpensive or slightly damaged) to do some different variations on. Lots to do with these as Studebaker had a full line of cars in 1960 which were virtually the same as the '59.

I really like the older Brooklin models, the Dodge is very nice. I have one like yours as well as a detailed and repainted version that was done by John White.

My late friend scraped mine and brought out all of the details. I also have the white Indy Pace Car version.

I removed the Indy decals from mine; I prefer it that way. This is one Brooklin that really benefits from "chrome" enhancement.
