Most folks are surprised to hear that Simon Elford of Brooklin made his own models before moving to SMST, then Brooklin. Here's an example.

I saw a 1:1 on the street in Omaha circa 1975. Only one I ever saw. I have both the Solido (no pic yet, sorry) and Minichamps versions.

What a great-looking automobile and model of it ! I am sure it is an uncommon one to see as either a real or replica vehicle.
