London Toy Show
I visited this last Friday with a dealer friend of mine. Amongst all the toy stalls were model manufacturers and importers. Corgi seem to be veering towards toys not proper models, Minichamps didn't have much to get excited about, and Sunstar had large scale stuff. Spark's ranges continue to be mainly sporting and the forthcoming Nash Healey Le Mans is exactly that - the Le Mans car not the model that Brooklin are making. My favourite model was a massive 1:18 Bedford OB coach by Sunstar. I used to go to school on one and it could manage 40mph on a good day.
