Back to the classics! As new releases from Autocult, Esval, Goldvarg, Kess, and Matrix have slowed (blame the tariff chaos?), I’ve been filling in the gaps in my collection, and this 1941 Packard 180 Darrin Ed Macauley Coupe de Ville from Minimarque is a stunning new addition. #8 of just 60, it’s an absolute beauty from every angle!
You are correct, it is a real beauty.

A beautiful model for sure. Congrats on your find. That is one on my wish list as well.

It is a gorgeous car and 1/43 replica of it ! I have Signature's version of this one in 1/18 scale and it is also a favorite.
Super addition Randy. I had never seen this one before but it is terrific.
How are the headlights? Clear or yellowed? Beautiful casting but so many of the older MMs (and Top Marques too) are let down by this that I don't pick them up often.
Randy, is the MM a recent release? It seems I remember a few being offered about a year ago in two colors.

I am curious about your comment. I did not realize there were any recent MM releases. I thought they ceased making models several years ago.

@ed-davis, last year, there was a very limited number of these Packards available. Click here.

@jkuvakas no, it’s an older release and was part of the Tom Nathan collection that I acquired. This one is labeled “ivory”.
@mg-harv They are starting to yellow. I’ll just pretend they’re French.
