Amilcar was founded in Paris in 1921 and, long story short, after various mergers and takeovers, produced their last car prior to the outbreak of WW2. The C6 was built for racing, and Esval has made four different variations. I chose this red one after seeing a pic of the real thing with the same registration online. I think each variation is an LE of 125; I know this one is. Just a pretty little mini-Bugatti.
Isadora Duncan, a famous American dancer in the 1920s, died when her scarf got caught in the wheel of an Amilcar. But that was a Type CGSS with a higher performing motor based on the C6.
Here's a few more Esvals acquired over the past 15 months or so.
Packard 58L 1958 (acquired from our own Dave Gilbert)
Pierce-Arrow Model 32 1920 (from the Ray Paszkiewicz, Jr. collection auction)
Duesenberg Sedan A. H. Walker (nope, not a Cord)
Four unique and lovely vehicles!
Love that Pierce-Arrow.
All are extremely attractive and very interesting vehicles ! The Duesenburg sedan is certainly a fascinating and unexpected automobile.
Here's a five-year-old video on Esval's take on the Walker car. Interesting back story.

...never heard of this ultra rare Deusenberg prototype or the 1/43 model - I assume these are "must haves" for all 1/43 Deusenberg collectors.
Great selection Harv. Your total collection has to be museum worthy and enormous at this point.
