I've gone years and years longing to add one of Motor City's 1948 Chrysler Town & Country models to my woody collection but there was always a hurdle (usually the asking price of the seller!) Well, lo and behold, I now have two of 'em in less than 3 months. Both were acquired by motivated sellers accepting what I believe were fair offers, especially considering that neither came with a box.

I only have two other Motor City models and don't know much about these two. Is one in lower numbers than the other? Any other color variations?

The later ones are a bit crisper Randy. Usually the box label gives a clue. I have two, both top up versions. My green one may be early, the red one definitely towards end of production.
