My hoarding continues with these fine white metal models.

Both the Plymouths and the Pontiac Star Chief hardtop  are from

WMCE, and the Pontiac wagon is a Brooklin.

Really special!  Thanks for posting these, especially the wagons.  I don't see many of those.  Great! Smile

An excellent array of new models. You must have had an amazing time unboxing all those!

@jcarnutz

Do you have the WMCE '57 'Miss Belvedere' John?

I am considering that one next, and would like somebodies opinion on it.

I am sure it is up to WMCE standards, but I want it to be somewhat different sitting next to the '58 Belvedere.

Ben;  I have Miss Belvedere and love it...beautiful colors.  As you may know it doesn't have quite the level of finish bits as the '58 but IMO that doesn't matter.

BenD, I don't have the 58 Belvedere but I do have the Miss  Belvedere which is a fine model so I can't give you an opinion. I would guess that the side trim would make them different enough to have both.

@ben-lampson

yes I have Miss Belvedere. I’ve had for awhile. I am very happy with it. I believe I have photos of it, I see and post later if I can.
I really like the style of the 57, and next to my green/white 58, it looks great. I hope to get photos of them together soon.

Where are WMCE models actually made?   The older Western Models I have were all from Taunton UK.   Twice visited their production facility when Mike Stevens was the owner.
