I bought this Neo Dodge a couple of years ago but sold it pretty quickly as I didn't like it. It seemed typical of Neo's later build quality and I just wasn't happy with the colour, it looks very plasticky and toy-like. I'm presuming it is supposed to be Glacier Blue but doesn't seem light and subtle enough for that.
However I love the shape of these '61 Dodges and thought I'd give it a second chance. Ideally I would have had the dark red one but it comes with that strange side spear, and the red ones seem pretty hard to get nowadays.
I'm happier with it now. Comparing a lot of NEO models to the real thing they often seem to sit too low (more about this on a future thread), so I raised it about a millimetre which looks better. Have also added some blackwash to the grille, quite like it now!

I rather like this one. I also have the dark red version, although I am not sure why they changed the side trim.
