Fine video review of this giant and beautiful '78 Cadillac Eldorado, John. It certainly is a 1/43 scale gem !
Another excellent video of a beautiful model John.....when I look at this model, I get a vision of a Bronx New York city pimp driving this Cadillac to a disco in the mid 1970's with the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack playing on the 8 track tape player in the car.

Seeing these as a kid, I thought, even then, they were a bit over-the-top. But as you noted John, it was a "farewell statement car." This is a beautiful model, my only gripe is an old one...@ 4:45 you noted, "...correct whitewall size." Actually, for '78 they should be wider (an EZ fix for those who care ).

...."walker?"
@chris I agree Chris the white walls should be slightly wider although this would not prevent me from buying the model.
I remember seeing this model at last month’s show in Countryside IL. It is beautiful. If it was for sale at the show, I would have bought it.

This is not a new model from Stamp but a repaint. It has already been issued in 3 colors. I have it in Saddle Brown. Indeed, a very nice model. I am not too bothered by the silver paint for trim on this one because the beltline was satin brushed stainless on Biarritz.
