Found this rarely-seen one on e-Bay in very good condition but without the box, at a reasonable price. No identification of the manufacturer on the base plate but I'm pretty sure it's by "43rd Avenue". It looks great in this color combo and makes for an excellent addition to my Chrysler 300 display case!

....for whatever reason, I've always loved 1963 Chryslers - many do not.
CONGRATS Barry, excellent grab sir!
That's very nice, good for you 👍
It is a great score of this Chrysler ! A friend of our family had a white 1:1 1964 Chrysler and I remember getting a ride to school a couple of times in it.
Good addition Barry.
Very scarce. You're right, Avenue 43.

Thanks all!
Anyone aware of a 1/43 1962 Chrysler 300? I've never seen one listed anywhere.

Congrats Barry. These are nice models of a seldom seen scale model. I was watching this one, but since I have two of them already, I decided to pass. I have one in a dark blue w/light blue interior and another in a Teal Blue w/Pace Car graphics. I thought I had photos of mine but couldn't find them.

As far as I know, it hasn't been done by anyone in this scale. The only '62 large Chrysler done was a New Yorker sedan in white & black, it was by Kess. I'd love to see a '62, 63, 64 & 65 300 Letter series models done someday. For me, they are important cars in the 300 legacy and really need to be modeled.

A nice '62 Chrysler Newport wagon was also done by Milestone: https://www.hobbydb.com/marketplaces/hobbydb/catalog_items/1962-chrysler-newport-300-sw-dc3dda2b-4e02-4687-8901-ed10349d5b70
@karl It is a '63 Chrysler; the seller has made an error.
