I am usually a fan of authenticity in model cars, preferring factory stock to any type of modifications...but when I came across this little beauty at a great price, I bought it and LOVE it! It's the "Collectors Gazette" special issue of Brooklin's '53 Buick Skylark and WOW, is it stunning with the gold paint and plated trim contrasted with the red top and interior!

It makes no attempt to be realistic, but boy, does it ever make a statement! It's a standout in the display case!
