As a coincidence, today is Telly Savalas Birthday.
1974 Buick Century in color Nutmeg Poly.

Photo shows hand made prototype made in a hurry for the Nuremberg Toy Fair 2020. The final model will be much improved in details and also the wheels and tires will be different.

I remember a name like Canyon in that year for Buick. We sold many with that color with Buckskin vinyl roofs matching the interior color. Starting in 1968 those browns on Buicks were very popular. While at Oldsmobile they had greens. Olive with a lighter green vinyl roof. In the 70's the streets of suburban Chicago were amass with brown Buicks with tan vinyl roofs. Now I know why. The color hides the rust. Or so we thought.

Ha-ha. I remember these sold like hotcakes. My father-in-law had a cream 2 door. Loved the saddle coloured vinyl interiors, too.
